Yes. Current Xiaomi Smart Bands and watches sync through the Mi Fitness app: Profile > Third-party data > Health, then pick the data types. How to connect Xiaomi to Apple Health

4 steps on your iPhone, about two minutes.

Before you start

  • iPhone with Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Smart Band 8/9/10, Xiaomi and Redmi watches)
  • Older Mi Band models paired in Zepp Life (formerly Mi Fit) instead
  • Xiaomi account signed in
  1. Mi Fitness: enable Health

Open Mi Fitness > Profile > Third-party data > turn on Health, then select the data items you want to sync.

    1. Mi Fitness
    2. Profile
    3. Third-party data
  2. Allow in Apple Health

Health app > tap your profile picture > Privacy > Apps > Mi Fitness, and turn on the data items.

    3. Privacy
    4. Apps
    5. Mi Fitness
  3. Zepp Life (older Mi Bands)

Health app > tap your profile picture > Privacy > Apps > Zepp Life, and allow the categories it can write. Steps, sleep and weight then appear in Health.

    4. Apps
    5. Zepp Life
  4. Wait for the first sync

Xiaomi says data appears in Apple Health a while after the band syncs with Mi Fitness.

Menu names checked against Xiaomi’s help pages on October 27, 2026. Apps change; if a menu looks different, see the sources below.

After setup

Mi Fitness writes to Apple Health after the band syncs with the app. Xiaomi recommends turning off Low Power Mode so background activity isn't restricted. Zepp Life sleep data usually shows up the next day.

Avoid double-counting

Users report Mi Fitness steps being added on top of iPhone steps. Set priority in Health > Browse > Activity > Steps > Data Sources & Access > Edit, putting Mi Fitness (or your Apple Watch) above iPhone. Don't sync the same band through both Mi Fitness and Zepp Life.

Put Mi Fitness (Zepp Life for older Mi Bands) first in Apple Health

  1. Health
  2. Browse
  3. Activity
  4. Steps
  5. Data Sources & Access
  6. Edit
  1. Open the Health app and tap Browse.
  2. Choose a category and a data type, for example Activity → Steps.
  3. Scroll down and tap Data Sources & Access.
  4. Tap Edit, then touch and hold the handle next to your device’s app and drag it to the top.
  5. Tap Done. Repeat for other data types you track with more than one device, such as Active Energy or Walking + Running Distance.

The source at the top wins when several write the same data type. New apps and devices are added at the top automatically. Apple Support ↗

Xiaomi not syncing to Apple Health?

Mi Fitness data doesn't appear in Apple Health

Check Mi Fitness > Profile > Third-party data > Health and the Health app's Apps > Mi Fitness toggles. Xiaomi also suggests updating both apps and iOS, turning off Low Power Mode, using stable Wi-Fi without VPN, and revoking then re-authorising Apple Health access.

Still nothing after re-authorising

Xiaomi asks you to submit a log from the Mi Fitness app so they can analyse the written data.

Steps are higher in Apple Health than in Mi Fitness

iPhone and band steps are being combined. Set one source as top priority in Data Sources & Access.

My old Mi Band isn't in Mi Fitness

Older Mi Bands use Zepp Life; enable Zepp Life in Health > profile > Apps.

Sleep or SpO2 details are missing

Mi Fitness documents only basic sleep in Apple Health; detailed stages and SpO2 stay in the app.
